Cetelem Bank - corporate process support

Our first introductory work was prepared for the logistics department of Cetelem. Our task was to understand a unique company process, the workflow of the bank's various materials to be delivered by post (balance statements, information notices, announcements, notices, etc.), their control, settlements and results.

We had to create a unique postage registration system that coordinates the tasks of the bank's employees, which replaces the opaque world of a huge amount of excel tables, which made it possible to compare the pages of ordered deliveries and reported deliveries.

The system has been operating stably for many years and provides a reliable controlling interface for the logistics department. We were pleasantly surprised at the volumes that the statistics revealed between the order and fulfillment pages, so with our system the bank saves significant costs on a monthly basis.
